About Eric
Eric J. Dalton is a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, strategist, and innovation leader whose career has increasingly evolved beyond conventional healthcare administration into the creation of new systems, technologies, education, intellectual property, care models, and human-centered solutions. As an executive leader of Angels on Call Homecare, he operates across an unusually broad portfolio spanning operations, compliance, marketing, governance, organizational strategy, specialized care development, workforce education, emerging technology, and thought leadership, a multidisciplinary range that has become one of the defining characteristics of his career.
Dalton does not approach healthcare, technology, education, strategy, or human behavior as isolated disciplines. His work focuses on what becomes possible when those disciplines intersect. Across his career, he has helped develop and advance specialized dementia and Parkinson's disease programs, professional education systems, workforce-development initiatives, aging-in-place models, digital decision-support resources, AI-enabled concepts, proprietary frameworks, and new approaches to personalized care, guided by a deceptively simple question: what should exist that does not exist yet?
That question became the foundation for LegacyBuilt Innovations, an independent platform capable of transforming meaningful ideas into scalable products, technologies, intellectual property, education, and strategic solutions. Through LegacyBuilt Labs, LegacyBuilt Academy, LegacyBuilt Advisory, and LegacyBuilt IP, Dalton is building an ecosystem designed to move ideas from insight to implementation, and from innovation to enduring value, guided by a simple philosophy: innovation should never exist merely to be impressive. It should elevate human potential, solve something meaningful, and create value designed to endure.

Founder Philosophy
Dalton believes legacy is misunderstood. Legacy is not simply what remains after someone is gone. It is what happens when purpose is deliberately embedded into the things we create while we are here. A meaningful insight can become a concept. A concept can become a system. A system can become intellectual property. Intellectual property can become education. Education can become capability. Capability can create impact. Impact can scale. And scaled impact can become legacy.
“I've never been interested in innovation simply for the sake of novelty. I'm interested in building what should exist, ideas, systems, technologies, and experiences that make people better, organizations stronger, and the future more meaningful. Legacy isn't something we should wait to leave behind. It should be designed into what we build from the beginning.”
Eric J. Dalton, Founder, LegacyBuilt Innovations
Eric J. Dalton represents a multidisciplinary model of executive leadership built for an increasingly complex future. He does not separate operations from innovation, compliance from strategy, or technology from humanity. His work brings them together. Clinical education informs care design. Behavioral science informs human engagement. Dementia and Parkinson's expertise inform specialization. Palliative care informs dignity and quality of life. Artificial intelligence expands what's possible. And now, LegacyBuilt Innovations provides an independent platform through which that work can scale.
